To ensure you have the best possible experience, we kindly invite you to read our booking conditions.

Reservation time and delays

Please let us know if you are running late. Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time; after this period, if we have not heard from you, the reservation may be cancelled and the table assigned to other guests.

In the event of a late arrival, we cannot guarantee an extension of the time allocated to your reservation.

Cancellations

Your reservation can be cancelled using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, or by contacting us directly.
